Garages are considered essential services and to that end we would like to assure our customers that we are open and will remain so for the foreseeable future, offering our full services not just MOTs.
The health and safety of our customers and technicians are of the upmost importance and to this end we would say anyone with symptoms of the virus or are self-isolating, do not bring your vehicles to us but ask a friend or family member to do so and please advise us at the time of booking so we can take all necessary steps to limit any spread of infection.
When bringing your car in we would ask you to adhere to our guidelines for zero contact – keep social distance between you and the technicians and any other member of the public that may happen to be there, keys to be placed in trays provided that will be regularly disinfected, where possible we would like to avoid handling cash and will accept transfer payments and BACS but if you have no alternative, cash will be accepted, there will be no waiting area inside the premises, customers are requested to leave their vehicles and return once called but if you need to wait, you will need to wait outside and at a distance of at least 2 metres from anyone else.
We appreciate your support with the above and we will endeavour to provide our services to you for as long as we can safely do so.
